As a homeowner, it's a very rare thing to actually have an ENJOYABLE experience from start to finish when getting any kind of install in your home. It's a stressful thing in general as installs and work in your home involve a lot, from initial conversations, to visits to asess work, pick materials, schedule dates, then have people come in and perform work in your home, but this wonderful team eliminated all that stress as much as humanly possible. From the first time I walked in to their show room and Gus approached and started our conversation, Floor action had made us feel like we were their number 1 priority and came out and discussed all our options in a friendly non sales pressure way, and philosophically held our hands throughout the entire process via their constant communication and checking in to make sure we were pleased. Haven't even mentioned the install and workmanship, that literally transformed our room and that the installer had me inspect everything before finishing to ensure i was happy, followed by a visit a half hour later from the Sales team to ensure the same, then a follow up message later that day to doubly make sure we were happy. Already planning my next work with the Floor Action team. Can't say enough here, if you, like me, are a homeowner praying that you choose the right company for something you don't do eveyday like new Floor installation, do yourself a favor and look no further than Floor Action. Called up floor action, had Bryan and his team come in and touch up some rooms that needed to be redone, top notch from start to finish.

We desperately needed to get the floors installed across the whole house after a significant water damage. After googling local vendors, we reached out to the highest rated local vendor - Floor Action. Bryan came to the house, took the measurements and designed the plan and schedule. Because we had to coordinate across few different activities in the house and we had to meet some tight deadlines for the peak summer season, I was hoping that Floor Action would offer flexibility in scheduling. Schedule and quality of work were very important to me. On all fronts, Bryan and his crew came through. They delivered, installed quality floors while providing flexibility in my schedule. Bryan managed my project like it was a $100m enterprise account - with complete professionalism, clarity in communication and kept promises. Tyler and his staff went above and beyond on our job. We used him for floors, baseboard, paint and kitchen insulation. If we ran into a hiccup Tyler made sure the hiccup was gone ASAP. If Tyler wasn’t available, there was someone that helped and knew exactly what was going on with our project. They are knowledgeable and have really good ideas. We are so pleased to have chosen Floor Action for our new kitchen floor. Gus, the sales person, was as kind and professional as possible. His knowledge of their products was impressive. We actually chose the floor he picked. The installers Joe and Fernando were the best. Hard working and perfect gentlemen. The floor was not inexpensive but the quality and the workmanship of these three individuals was totally worth the price.
