Tyler, Brandon and the entire team were very professional, easy to work with and very knowledgeable in their fields! Also had window installed and interior of home painted ! All work was done in a timely matter and finished product was exceptional! Would highly recommend this company.

Recently, I had an HVAC issue that caused water damage underneath the flooring in several areas of the house. I reached back out to Tyler, and even though the damage had absolutely nothing to do with his original installation, he responded right away, came out promptly, assessed everything, and made the whole repair process incredibly easy. He worked with me on the price, got me scheduled quickly, and went above and beyond to take care of me as a returning customer. I especially have to give a HUGE shoutout to Cleiton. This guy was literally a one-man show. He handled the entire job himself and absolutely killed it. He was professional, hardworking, extremely detail oriented, and treated my home like it was his own. Watching him work, you could tell he genuinely takes pride in his craft. He didn’t rush anything, made sure everything was done correctly, and the finished product came out awesome. Tyler definitely has a great guy representing his company. To me, the real test of a company isn’t just how they treat you when they’re trying to earn your business the first time it’s how they treat you when you call them a year later needing help. Tyler came through for me again without hesitation. Great communication, great workmanship, and outstanding customer service. Between Tyler taking care of everything on the business side and Cleiton absolutely crushing the installation, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 5 stars without question. I’ll continue recommending Tyler and his company to anyone who needs flooring work.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience with Brian and the guys at Floor Action! We had our TV room redone with a combination of carpet and luxury vinyl plank, and we absolutely love how it turned out. Brian was wonderful to work with from start to finish—professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The installation came out beautifully, especially the way the carpet and vinyl plank were combined in the room. Everything looks clean and finished, and the quality of the workmanship really shows. The new flooring completely transformed the space. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result and would highly recommend Brian and Floor Action to anyone looking for new flooring. We will definitely use them again for any future flooring projects!

As a homeowner, it's a very rare thing to actually have an ENJOYABLE experience from start to finish when getting any kind of install in your home. It's a stressful thing in general as installs and work in your home involve a lot, from initial conversations, to visits to asess work, pick materials, schedule dates, then have people come in and perform work in your home, but this wonderful team eliminated all that stress as much as humanly possible. From the first time I walked in to their show room and Gus approached and started our conversation, Floor action had made us feel like we were their number 1 priority and came out and discussed all our options in a friendly non sales pressure way, and philosophically held our hands throughout the entire process via their constant communication and checking in to make sure we were pleased. Haven't even mentioned the install and workmanship, that literally transformed our room and that the installer had me inspect everything before finishing to ensure i was happy, followed by a visit a half hour later from the Sales team to ensure the same, then a follow up message later that day to doubly make sure we were happy. Already planning my next work with the Floor Action team. Can't say enough here, if you, like me, are a homeowner praying that you choose the right company for something you don't do eveyday like new Floor installation, do yourself a favor and look no further than Floor Action.
