Bryan helped my grandfather and I pick out a vinyl floor for a rental apartment. Bryan and his team took the time to explain the differences between the different manufacturers and was extremely patient when it came to picking out color and allowed us to bring samples home.

Bryan was also able to get our flooring and deliver it same day as we were on a time crunch with trying to rent the apartment. Brian’s prices were also very reasonable and customer service was second to none. Brian and Augustus are exceptional. Every step of the process they made sure we were happy with what was happening and how things were going. Augustus was super patient and had great communication and follow up though out the whole process and it was a long process because we had to wait for 3 months on insurance to finalize everything. Augustus checked in with us throughout to make sure we knew he had been keeping us in mind. Which was really helpful with how much we had going on. When we were able to get things finalized with the insurance and get things going with the floors everything was great from start to finish. Augustus checked in thought out the installation and kept us informed the entire time. Brian stopped in one of the days to check in on things too and everyone was super nice and so helpful. Anything that came up they made sure it was done correctly and taken care of. I highly recommend them they were top notch from start to finish.

We recently hired Floor Action to install LVP flooring throughout the entire first floor of our home as well as replace the trim. Our search had started at 3 other flooring stores and with multiple trips back and forth we just couldn’t find what we were looking for and the salespeople didn’t understand my vision.

The minute we entered the Floor Action showroom I knew we had found the right place! Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Tyler, Brian and Karl were top notch, patient and Karl did not give up until we found the PERFECT color. He was knowledgeable about the flooring, dropped off samples, did a thorough walk through and made suggestions based on our needs for a durable floor and most important he really understood the aesthetic I was going for.

Karl came out again before install to ensure the subfloor was in good shape so there were no issues on the day of install.

Installation was impressive! The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, the installers paid close attention to detail and they finished in 1 day, ahead of schedule!

The entire team was professional, punctual, and respectful of our home during the entire project. They took the time to ensure everything was installed correctly and that the finished product looked seamless from room to room. The new floors completely transformed our home and the trim work gave everything a clean, polished finish.

Communication throughout the process was clear and straightforward. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and in making sure their customers are satisfied with the final result!
